LONG-TERM BOOKING: For long term bookings from two weeks, we offer a discounted weekly cleaning with changeover of beddings, towels, etc to maintain the standard of the property. It's okay if you don't want the weekly cleaning, but the host or host's representative will pop over on a weekly basis to inspect the property. This is to ensure it's being looked after properly.
FAIR USAGE POLICY: Our properties are competitively priced to encourage contractors/guests because of our fair usage policy. Do not turn the heating above 21C. The central heating will go off when the temperature reaches between 20C to 21C or when the property is warm, whichever comes first. DO NOT TURN THE CENTRAL HEATING ABOVE 21C! You must agree with our "fair usage" policy. Water and energy should not to be allowed to be wasted unnecessarily.
CHILDREN: The property does not have provision for children, but If you're with your lovely children with our consent, please keep an eye on them to avoid damages to the property. This advice is based on past experience. Damages attract extra charges.
OTHER MISCELLANEOUS HOUSE RULES:
-Windows are to be closed, lights and heating turned down to 17C each time you leave the house to avoid unnecessary energy wastage.
-Shut all Windows and doors whilst central heating is on
-Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited( No smoking)
-No house parties
-No anti-social behaviour
-Keep noise down to a minimum. Noise reduced to barest minimum level. We respect our neighbours
-Entry to boiler cupboard is strictly prohibited
- Tidy up after yourselves and please use the bins outside
- No illegal activities please as they will be reported
-Pets are not allowed
-Do not disconnect the WIFI, thermostat or anything in the property
-Please, take off your shoes to ensure the house is clean for everyone
-Please you may use the towels provided, but do not damage them as you will be charged.
-Avoid damages to the property as that will incur extra charges
STEPS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
-Take all your belongings
-Lock all the DOORS and all the WINDOWS please
-Turn off all lights
-All plates, cups etc are washed and put away dry
-Empty the kitchen bin and throw away all perishable food
-Drop all keys back to the key safe and turn the number to lock it up or simply drop them through the letterbox
